Exploring the mind
You have to experience it. There’s simply no way to describe what 10 days of silence, mindfulness training, meditation and yoga does to you. Your mind and your body and everything around it changes. Every time.
I’ve done this many times before, but still – It changes everything. Because your perception changes. And the way we perceive the world is what we perceive as ”reality”.
Trying to describe it would be a little like trying to describe what sugar taste like to someone who have never tasted sweetness before, like describing the sea to someone who have never been surrounded by water. How could you do it? – And this is just about the physical body, physical sensations. How would you describe it when the mind changes?
It’s also a very personal experience (and I wouldn’t share it here even if it was possible). My experience would not be the same as yours would be. I can only recommend you from the bottom of my heart to try it.
But I must warn you. It’s probably one of the most difficult things you can do. It’s also one of the most courageous and adventurous things you can do – exploring your mind and how your inner reality coincides with the outer reality. You cannot buy this kind of experience and no one else can do it for you – you have to experience it for yourself.
